About Optifye
Optifye is one of India's fastest-growing companies, valued at US$25 million and backed by Y Combinator—one of the world's most prestigious investors—NVO Capital and Kulveer Taggar. We are building a vision AI-powered operating system for labour-intensive factories. Our customers include five of the ten largest auto-component manufacturers in India, and our revenue is doubling every two months.
The role
Own a new product in the factory operating system, from the first idea to the shipped experience. Spend time with plant heads and line supervisors, understand their needs, design a thoughtful product, build it with AI coding agents and iterate with the people who use it.
What you will do
- Shape the product: decide what to build, what to cut and what success looks like.
- Run discovery calls and visit plants to turn customer feedback into clear product decisions.
- Own the user experience and visual quality.
- Put working versions in front of users quickly, then measure and iterate.
- Coordinate multiple AI coding agents, review their work and keep quality high.
- Write clear specifications, decisions and trade-offs.
What we are looking for
- Products you have built and shipped to real users. Real side projects count.
- Strong product judgment, design taste and attention to detail.
- Clear thinking and the ability to explain difficult trade-offs.
- Comfort talking directly with customers and understanding factory operations.
- High agency and ownership of outcomes.
Helpful experience
Daily experience with modern AI coding tools and multiple agents, and full-stack ability to take a feature from the database to a deployed interface.
Compensation and growth
₹80 lakh–₹1 crore per year, plus meaningful equity. Autonomy over what you build, access to frontier AI models and products used by major manufacturers.

We work six days a week, Monday through Saturday. This is a hardcore, demanding culture built around hard work, speed, ownership and impact. We expect people to follow through, stay close to customers and do what it takes to deliver. Our ambition is to make this the most impactful work of your career.

Take each customer from a signed deal to cameras live on the factory floor. Coordinate customer stakeholders, installers and Optifye to make deployments happen quickly and smoothly. This is a customer-facing operations and execution role; you do not need to be an IT specialist.
What you will do
